Nick is the Founder and CEO of Astro Tec Solutions, a veteran-owned firm dedicated to advancing space operations, intelligence support, and mission-focused solutions for government and defense partners. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Nick brings more than 17 years of experience across the aerospace, intelligence, and defense sectors, combining operational expertise and strategic leadership to address complex mission challenges. He founded Astro Tec Solutions to provide agile, mission-focused expertise that bridges operational experience with innovative solutions for government and defense customers.

Throughout his career, Nick has supported organizations including USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, USASMDC, JFCC-Space, STARCOM, and multiple organizations within the Intelligence Community. His experience spans intelligence analysis, space operations, exercise planning, mission integration, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams supporting national security objectives.

Nick holds a B.S. in Intelligence Analysis with a minor in Cybersecurity from Utica University, a Project Management Certificate from UCLA, and is currently completing an MBA in Space and Cyber Enterprise Management at UCCS.
