Nick is the CEO and Founder of Astro Tec Solutions, a firm dedicated to advancing space operations and intelligence support for government and military partners. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Nick brings more than 15 years of experience in the aerospace, intelligence, and defense industries, leveraging technical expertise and strategic insight to deliver tailored solutions for complex mission challenges.

Throughout his career, Nick has held pivotal roles supporting U.S. Space Command, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Joint Functional Component Command for Space, and multiple agencies within the Intelligence Community, including national-level organizations and service-specific intelligence centers. His background as an intelligence analyst, space professional, and corporate Division Manager has consistently advanced operational capabilities and delivered mission success.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Analysis with a minor in Cybersecurity from Utica University, a Project Management Certification from UCLA, and is currently completing his MBA in Space and Cyber Enterprise Management at UCCS.
